USER MANUAL

1. Introduction 

Thank you for choosing our 5.0 Wireless Earbuds with Wireless Charging Case IPX5 Waterproof TWS. With the ergonomic and in-ear design, noise reduction ear caps bring a secure fit without hurting your ears, enabling a comfortable wearing experience. These earbuds are built to use either one or both as you like for wireless music or hands-free calls.

2. Pairing

DUAL EARBUDS MODE- AUTOMATIC PAIRING - 

(This mode is suitable for first-time use)

1 . Remove the charging insulation sticker from the back of the dual headphones and put them again into the charging case to activate both sides of the earbuds.

***Note: If the earbuds are not charging after they are placed into the charging case, please kindly use a USB charging cable as it might happen that the charging case is empty and the battery of the charging case needs to be recharged as well. 

2. Take the two earbuds out of the charging case (both sides of earbuds), they will turn on automatically, and the LED light will flash in blue. You will hear a voice prompt “Power On”. The earphones can finish pairing after 7-10 seconds.  You will hear a voice prompt “pairing completed". The LED of the left earphone will flash in red and blue alternately to enter into the pairing mode, please turn on the Bluetooth function on your phone and select XG-5.0 on your list. You will hear the voice prompt “1” once they are paired. Start enjoying music or making phone calls. 

***Note: After successful pairing, every time you take earbuds out of the charging case, if the Bluetooth is turned ON on your mobile phone, they will connect to your mobile phone automatically. 

DUAL EARBUDS MODE- MANUAL PAIRING- 

(Used when automatic pairing fails)

1.  Double press the headset for 3 seconds respectively. At this time, the two headsets will flash slowly and you will hear the voice prompt “Boot”. The headsets will enter the pairing mode which will be completed after 7-10 seconds. 

2.  The LED of the left earbud will flash red and blue alternately until it enters into the pairing mode. Please turn on the Bluetooth function on your phone and select XG-5.0 on your list. You will hear the voice prompt “Pairing Completed” once they are paired. Start enjoying music or making phone calls. 

***Note: After successful pairing, every time you take earbuds out of the charging case, if the Bluetooth is turned ON on your mobile phone, they will connect to your mobile phone automatically.

3. Functions and Operation

SHUT DOWN- Long press any one-side earphone (R or L) for about 4 seconds to shut down

PLAY/PAUSE- Light touch any side of earbuds to Play/Pause

ANSWER/ REJECT PHONE CALL- You can connect or hang up the phone by pressing the main headset (L headset) during a call. To reject the call, long press for about 1S. 

PREVIOUS SONG/NEXT SONG

In the music play state, double click the left earbud to switch to the previous song. 

In the music play state, double click the right earbud to switch to the next song. 

4. Wake up Smart Voice Assistant (Such as Siri)

 When the earbuds are under the using state or in standby mode, press and hold the main (left earbud) for about 1 sec to wake up the voice assistant.

When using voice assistant,  light touch the main (left earbud) for about 1 sec to turn off Siri 

***Note: In the dual earbud mode, when you are using earbuds for the purposes of phone call/ talking/ voice assistant, only the microphone on the Left earbud will be active, the right microphone will not be active. As soon as the phone call is finished, the earbuds will go back to dual earbuds mode automatically. 

5. Single earbuds mode

First step: Take the Left earbud out of the charging case, it will enter into the pairing state automatically. 

Second step: Please turn on the Bluetooth function on your phone and select XG-5.0 on your list. At the same time, the right earbud should be placed into the charging case to get charged and it should be turned off.

6. Charging

EARPHONES 

Please put earbuds into the chagrin compartment. The indicator light on the earbuds and charging compartment will shut down when the earbuds are full. The charging time is approximately one hour. 

• 0-25% on the charging compartment, blue light flashes 1 time

• 25-50% on the charging compartment, blue light flashes 2 times

• 50-75% on the charging compartment, blue light flashes 3 times

• 75-100% on the charging compartment, blue light flashes 4 times

CHARGING CASE

The portable charging case with a built-in 350mAh battery will give you the ability to charge on the go. Please charge the charging compartment with a normal 5V charger. When the charging compartment is fully charged, the blue light will be on.

Please read the instructions manual carefully before using the product and keep it in a safe place.

For first-time use, please fully charge this product.

If the product is not used for more than three months, please charge it. 

Please do not disassemble or remodel the product, it will cause a short circuit which might cause fire or completely damage the product.

Don’t use earbuds at temperatures below 0 °C or above 45 °C.

Avoid using the device near children, animals, or people with photosensitivity due to strong flashing lights.

Don’t use earbuds under thunderstorms, it may cause device malfunction and increase the risk of electric shock.

Don’t clean the product with oil or other volatile liquids.

Do not let the device get wet with liquids.

Do not use the device for a long time as it may cause hearing damage, arrange the use time reasonably.
