What Bluetooth version do they use?
Our product uses Bluetooth 5.0 technology to provide in-call stereo sound and fast and stable transmission.
How do they charge?
Place the earbuds into the charging case. The light of the LED display screen will flash in green, and the quantities of green lights on the LED display screen will increase from one to four gradually, then will decrease from four to one.
If the quantities of green lights are always changing, it means the earphones are charging.
When the four green lights are shown on the LED display screen, it means the earphones are fully charged, the green lights on the LED display screen, and the lights on the earphones will turn off automatically.
How do I charge the charging case?
Please use the power cord supplied to charge the charging case. During the charging, the led display will show the level of power, such as 88 means
the power is 88%. When charging is completed, the indicator light will turn off.
Are they waterproof?
Yes, our wireless earbuds boast IPX5-rated protection that defends against low-pressure water jet spray.
How do I set the volume?
VOLUME UP: triple-click the right earbud to increase the volume.
VOLUME DOWN: triple-click the left earbud to decrease the volume
Can I take calls with them?
Yes, these earbuds are built to use either one or both as you like for wireless music or hands-free calls.
What is the working range?
The working range is 32 ft. (10 meters), and avoid obstacles in between connected devices.
