Is the product water resistant? The product can withstand high air humidity, however, it is not waterproof. It should not be exposed to water, as this may damage the internal circuits, or cause rust on the charging contacts in the USB port.
Does this make an audible noise to humans? The device is designed to be completely silent to the human ear. In case your unit emits a perceptible sound, please contact our team for a replacement.
Does it protect the back of the Pet while wearing on the collar? Yes, the device has a 108 sq ft effective range, and it will protect your pet's back as well.
Is it okay if I carry the device in my pocket or under the jacket? Please do not put the device in your pocket, bag, or under the jacket as it will block the waves the device emits. The product must be placed with no hard obstacles in front of or around it as the ultrasound cannot pass through it.
