Note:
Walls:
Always test a small, inconspicuous area before proceeding with extensive cleaning.
The steam can help remove soap scum, mold, and mildew, but first, please be mindful of the type of paint or wall covering. If your walls have wallpaper or are painted with water-based paint, excessive moisture from a steam cleaner could cause damage.
Electrical appliances:
Always consult your appliance user manual to ensure it is safe to use it.
The high-temperature steam can help loosen and dissolve grease and grime, making it easier to wipe away. However, be cautious not to use the steam cleaner on electrical components or areas where moisture could cause damage.
Yes, it is a very effective method to get rid of bed bugs. They are sensitive to heat, and steam cleaners can generate the high temperatures needed to kill them.
How to Use a Steam Cleaner to Eliminate Bed Bugs?
First, remove all bedding and wash it in hot water (at least 120°F/49°C) to kill any bed bugs and their eggs.
Begin by vacuuming the area thoroughly to remove any debris and eggs.
Use our steam cleaner with a high-temperature setting, preferably above 120°F (49°C). Our steam cleaner steams up to 360°F (160°C).
Treat all areas where bed bugs may be hiding, including mattresses, box springs, bed frames, and upholstered furniture.
Hold the steam cleaner over each area for at least 30 seconds to ensure that the heat penetrates deeply enough to kill the bugs and their eggs.
After steam cleaning, allow the area to dry completely.
Repeat the process as necessary until all bed bugs are eliminated. They are completely gone in 2 to 7 days!
Note:
-Never clean the water tank while it is still hot.
-Always turn off and unplug the Steamer before cleaning.
-Do not use detergent to clean the tank.
