Can I pair the device with my tablet?
Our Sleep Headphones can be paired with your phone or tablet, as long as it has Bluetooth.
Would the person next to me hear the music from the sleep mask?
No, the person next to you will not hear the music coming out of the mask.
Can I wash the mask?
Yes, you can wash the eye mask, it won’t shrink or deform. Hand washing in warm water is recommended.
- First, take out the built-in left earphone.
- Then take out the middle module and the right earphone.
- Can be washed by hand or washing machine.
What is the material of the mask?
It is made of breathable material for a comfortable feel. A slow-rebound memory sponge and smooth fabric, with velcro headband.
Will it bother my eyelashes? Can I move my eyes while wearing the mask?
The contours of the eyes area are deeper so your eyes can move and blink freely.
How long does the battery charge last?
The talk time/music playback time can reach up to 10 hours, enough to support the whole night so you can sleep peacefully.
What is the charging time?
Our Bluetooth sleep mask only needs to be charged for 1-2.5 hours. It uses a built-in, USB rechargeable, upgraded powerful 200mAh lithium battery. USB cable for recharging is included.
What version of Bluetooth does this use?
Our Sleep Headphones feature the latest Bluetooth 5.0 technology.
Is it adjustable?
Our lightweight, skin-friendly, eye mask with a velcro strip can be adjusted according to the head size.
Will the lights go through?
It will effectively block 100% of the lights to create an absolute dark zone.
How do I use the buttons?
POWER ON/OFF
Long press the STOP button to power on/off. 
PLAY/STOP MUSIC
Click play/pause to play music, click it again, the music will stop. 
VOLUME
Long press the volume decrease button for 2 seconds 
to turn down the volume.
Long press the volume increase button for 2 seconds 
to turn up the volume.
SONGS
Click the volume increase button to the next song.
Click the volume decrease button to the previous song.
Is it compatible with any device?
It is compatible with smartphones and tablets that have Bluetooth. If the mobile phone is not equipped with the AVRCP function, it won't be able to operate the NEXT and PREVIOUS song and PLAY/STOP function.
