What is the video resolution?
The camera has 1080P HD Image Quality and a 110° Wide Angle Lens.
How do I connect it?
Download the App called: ToSee from App Store or Google Play depending on your device.
Once you installed it, please follow the app instructions described below.
Step 1: Open the App, click the "+" and "Add Device"
Step 2: Click "THE RED LIGHT IS FLASHING" when the device's red light flashes.
Step 3: Click "GO TO SETUP TO CONNECT DEVICE", it will enter into your mobile phone Wi-Fi setup automatically, click to connect with the "TOSEE" device.
Step 4: Choose Wifi hotspot "TOSEE-----" and connect it.
Step 5: Return to the App, and click "NEXT"
Step 6: Find your network and input the correct WiFi password and click "NEXT"
Step 7: Set the device's management password and click "NEXT"
Step 8: When the device is added successfully, you can name your device now, and click "CONFIRM"
Step 9: You finish the process, and you can use the device now.
Do I have to pay monthly for using the App?
It uses a Free App (NO MONTHLY FEE) to support Android, iOS.
What network does it use?
The camera can be connected to a 2.4G WIFI Network only.
Can I use it as a doorbell?
No, it is not designed to work as a doorbell.
Can I receive notifications when the motion is detected?
Yes, once the APP is installed and connected to the camera you will be able to receive notifications when motion is detected.
How long does the battery last?
With Rechargeable Batteries, the VesperSecurity camera will be online from 3 - 6 months.
What type of batteries does it use?
The product uses 2 x 18650 Batteries ( flat type) not included in the package.
Is it waterproof?
Yes, the Smart Outdoor Security Camera is waterproof.
